I had purchased Mi filter in November 2021. After the purchase the filter worked for few months. Post that I have been facing the purification issues frequently.
After connecting with customer support, when the technician visits, they only report candle problem. Despite of replacing with new candles the purifier failed to work.
I have been raising complaints with the company for nearly 1.5 - 2 years. Every time they promise and mention that they have ordered some part and once it gets delivered they’ll schedule a customer representative visit.
The technician even if they visit have limited information of product and are incapable of solving the problem.
I have tagged Consumer Complaints forum and wrote about this issue on Twitter too. I kept on checking them for one month. But only thing they said is the issue is resolved please get in touch with service centre.
I am really exhausted raising complaints and now request them to refund as I am unsure even if the product is replaced in future they’d be helpful in any issue comes up.
