Xiaomi India — with in 6-7 month mobile battery blast and service center officer not ready to accept it | |
Hi I have perches redmi note 4 mobile in feb 2017. Last week suddenly phone battery is blast and it will damage the screen. I went to service center it will deny the problem. They tell if you want change battery it required rs 1200. And we will not provide the guarantee for that battery. I have perched 7-8 redmi phone. But i think it big mistake for me trust on redmi. Your service center is creating drama for repairing my phone under warranty. they r crapping tht u should have aadhar name and bill name same but i orderd my phone on my different name which is not my official name. n i dont think is it compulsion to buy any phone on AADHAR's ID. wtf is it.. plz resolve it or i will complain u in consumer forum..

hi call customer care and raise a complaint, i think any govt photo id will be valid in service center but that name should be match with the id and mi account details.
You gave me a bad charger please replace me with the new charger

Hi carry your invoice and govt photo id proof to near by service center they will surely help you with that.
