I have given my mobile redmi note 4 (4gb/64gb) on 7th august 2017 for home buttons not working issue in service center mathura.
They told me that they need to change the whole touch screen for fixing this.
As my phone was purchased in april 2017 and it was in warranty period.
That was not a big task for them but till now i did not receive my phone, even i have visited them for more about 5 times till now, but each time they say parts are not available...
I like to drag your kind attention over one incident i see there..
A guy came on 17 aug (When i was there) having same model i. E. Mi note 4 and ask to change whole screen as this have a physical damage so it was not under warranty, i was surprised they replaced it in less then 30 minute...
And for me the parts are not available... Difference is i am not paying to them.
When i intervene to fix my issue also then they asked me to pay rs 1800 for paid services as they will arrange touch screen from their end, because there is delay from redmi to supply parts... I got surprised by this statement.
A # over redmi by their service center as they are making money from their customers and hiding it from your eyes at the name of free services.
I will recommend everyone not to buy their product as they are not able to provide after sell services. Was this information helpful? |
