Xiaomi India — Wrong Mobile Delivery | |||
I ordered Redmi Not 9 from mi application and paid 11000 (Order Delivered: We have successfully delivered your Order No.:[protected]/AWB:SF[protected]XIA) IMEI no. Ending with #1315 but a local Chinese phone was delivered to me and I unpacked it in front of delivery boy. I file a complaint and they gave me 7 days for investigation but now they are saying they deliver the product in intact condition. It's not about the packing but the wrong product. They are running me around and and not giving me resolution. Courier partner also confirmed that product was packed properly but product was different. They (Mi India) want to do a SCAM with me and I'm feeling like squeezed now. Kindly help. I have no place to go. Was this information helpful? | |||
