Xiaomi India — Wrong product. | |||||
Mi earphones usually cost Rs.999 and are always 'Out of Stock'. One I saw a post by Xiaomi India saying that there is a diwali sale and I saw that the earphones were available on that day for Rs.299, and i thought the cost is reduced because its a sale. But after buying the product, I have recieved a different model of earphones. These are a lower model and the quality is different. I want to return this product, and get a refund, since it was not mentioned tht these are a different model of earphones. From The Given Address" whereas i am staying at the given address only.
I was not even contacted. It is a matter of 600 meters from nearby delivery
hub to my address and it reached 3 days back also. Please correct this kind
of service.
