Xiaomi India — wrong product delivered and delay in exchange of the wrong product | |||
I ordered a usb charger cable and earphones from xiaomi website but only got the correct pairs of earphones along with that wrong mi usb adapter and charger cable was given. Upon filing an exchange, the answer was not subsequent and the customer care executives are not sending an exchange person. It has been more than 7 working days and a long time of mental harassment over the phone calls which are made frequently to the customer service center and no response what so ever is given. The product has still not been exchanged and when we call, they give no assurance for the same. Upon searching the website of xiaomi india, it mentions a 6 months warranty period over the purchased product. To which there is no responsibility taken from the customer end what so ever.
