Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to book a Mi 11 Lite NE 5G phone on Mi.com on 28 December 2021 around 8.25 P.M, but the payment failed due to timeout. Order was not placed, but unfortunately, amount got debited vide transaction number CS[protected] for MI Order Number [protected] which was ultimately closed. But the transaction is showing successful in Bajaj Finance Records and they are claiming that the payment is successfully transferred to Xiaomi.
Even after repeated complaints everyday for two weeks, the Xiaomi customer support have not been helpful. Compliant Number WOIN[protected]
Am attaching screenshot of Failed/Closed Order of Mi.com and Transaction SMS received from Bajaj for your reference. Along with statement from Bajaj Finance stating the transaction is successful
Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
