Xiaomi India — Xiaomi is not acknowledging my Redmi k20 pro screen issue | |
I'm facing screen issue on my redmi k20 pro. While scrolling through images and text i'm getting ghosting effect.in february 3rd week i visited mi service center complained about my issue they didn't even tried to understand my issue it took me 5 days to make them understand my issue. They said they will change the display and tried new display but issue didn't solved so they returned my mobile with old display (Recently i came to know that they reported to the complany that the issue is solved by changing new display customer care executives are saying that your mobile display is changed but i reality they didn't changed my display god know what happened to that display). They said we will try mother board this time but i said it is a screen issue please forward it to your company they will solve it but they didn't agreed to that and tried mother board issue still didn't solved. They just mentioned problem is solved by flashing software and closed jobsheet. They returned my mobile in a damaged condition. Scratches on screen and he forget to insert copper cooling coil. I asked him to open my mobile he opened it and found it is missing then he took it from another mobile and inserted it in my mobile even that is also damaged. Behaved rudely and said do whatever you want to do. I complained about it to xiaomi but they just registere complaint and tells you it will be solved in 3 days our backend team will call you but no one called me.in july i got a mail stating please submit your mobile and share your jobsheet number. I submitted my mobile and shared jobsheet number it with them. Still i didn't got any call from backend team. On july 30th service guy called and told me we checked your mobile display is same right it is common in every mobile but i have checked in my friends k20 pro it is not there in that mobile. I said i'll talk to mi please keep the jobsheet open but they closed it and mentioned it as delivered on same day. I thought jobsheet is still open so again complained abut this issue they repeted the same please wait for 3 day your problem will be solved. On 14th august i came to know about my mobile is marked as delivered on 30th july. Again i complained about it to xiaomi they are not solving my issue. I have all the video evidences how they deceived me and how they damaged my mobile.in 1st and 2nd jobsheet service center guy mentioned good appearance beside cosmetics in my jobsheet and in 3rd jobsheet it is mentioned as scratches. Now he is saying customer damaged his mobile i have video proofs to prove that he is completely lying. Was this information helpful? | |
