Xiaomi India — Xiaomi mi4i service (hajra customer care) | |||||
I had purchased mi4i from official site of xiaomi in november, 2016.In june, i started facing big issues and when it continued longer, i took a visit to xiaomi service centre in kolkata at hazra. On 30th june, i gave them my phone to check for the first time and they said that it was motherboard issue. They took the phone from me saying that it would take a maximum of 20-25 days to repair it. Though it was a longer time, i agreed as because i needed my phone repaired. Now, i had called them ample of times and on 18th july they said that the part is not yet received by them and so the repair work wasn't done. I told them for a spare phone but they denied saying that it doesn't come in their facility. Now today, on 27th july, still no response is there from their part. Now, it is much longer time that i have given my phone to the customer care, i just want my money back what i have paid for the phone and since they are not willing to give me my phone back, i too don't need my phone any more. I please the consumer court to ask mi to refund me back my money asap so that i can buy a new phone with that money.
