I had purchased this product i.e. Xiaomi Pad 5 from Mi Showroom one and half months back and after 15-20 days the screen went black. I checked with service center, they stated some problem with parts assembling and they did this assemble of tablet again. Ten days later again screen went black and this service center is around 15-20 Km away from my place. This is annoying as we spend carefully on new gadget and after this second time problem, I don't feel comfortable with this tablet. I raised this concern to Grievance Customer Support but they keep on moving this incident to next phase of escalation and I haven't got any resolution or any relevant response. I don't know what to do next or whom to reach for faster resolution. Was this information helpful? |
