On 8th apr-19 i received ordered xioami sports bluetooth headset. But the same is not working. No responce from the earphone, no visible light, tried to charge it but not charged & was unable to connect to any phone.
I registered complain through customer service number & every time they came up with same answer that "our executive will call within 3 to 4 hour's time & will take care further" but till now i have not received any call.
They are saying refund is not possible but they will replace the item but no action taken till now
