Xiaomi India — y1 mobile, service center not proper service for customer

Hi sir,
My mobile is y1 and its now dead, in mobile not open switchoff and its mobile under warranty.
I gone service center and he ask me mother board change have to do it so 5000 rupees charge why...?
My mistake was other shope open mobile and see problem and normal problem is solve but problem not solved. Because my village to service center long distance.
Pls solve my problam
