Xiaomi Mi — Bad experience over the xiaomi service center

Hi all,

I have purchased redmi note 3 mobile phone on may 04, 2016, hardly two month and suddenly phone stopped charging, i took the phone nearest to the authorized service center they told me its charging port issues we will solve and give you within one week. But today morning again we went to the service center again they are asking one week. So i am asking for replacement. But no reply from service center.

Now you guys tell me what to do.

This divice is very poor quality battery disconnect this divice. any time mobile off any where i want to replace this set / mi compny s repo very down this divive
