I purchase MI note 3 mobile on 11th may 2016, and within 20 days, it gave me problems(The changing and headset port were not working).So, I brought it to the MI service center(Shivajinagar, pune). They said that it was motherboard problem and within 25 days, you will able to get it back. I gave it on 11th June 2016.And still I didn't get it back. I had escalated this issue so many times with them but still there is no improvement. No one is taking any action.
