Xiaomi Mi Power Bank — Duplicate product was delivered

Sir/Ma'am I had ordered a Sony 10400 mAh Power Bank from your website vide order no DGA2514790 and it was delivered to me. However, it is fake xiaomi mi(a copy of the original xiaomi mi 10400mAh power bank). This is very shameful. When you describe a product in a certain way, you should make sure that is what your suppliers deliver to your customers.Not only is the product fake, it barely works.
