Xiaomi — Mobile damage through charging | |||
Hello my name is krunal on the month of november-2014 i purchase xiaomi Red mi-1s mobile phone. Two day ago my mobile was connected on charging and i saw mobile connected pin was heated and its melt and spread to connector and pin was short and burn it with mobile charging slot. on the date 07/08/2015 i go to customer care centre but they replied me its damage case so no replacement possible so what can i do??? please look in to the matter and give me positive feedback. hello my name is Nazar Ahmed i did take pickup and drop service of xiaomi i did the at 06 august 2015 and today was 14 august 2015 he doesn"t return my phone and when i call to xiaomi care and the service provider gadget wood then he told me part are not aviable in service center so then we taking much more time so what can i do????????????.
