Xiaomi — Mobile replacement refused!! | |||||
I have been a consistent customer of mi. i recently ordered a phone redmi 3 note (gold). it was a gift for my sister. i was not satisfied with the color. i could not compromise the gift so i contacted service for replacement by honestly telling them this situation. (many fake the replacements.. but not me).. They brutally refused. I am even ready to give extra bucks for a different color. but they said it was "not in their policy". their policy also states customer satisfaction. irony... The worst product you provided me it is under warranty period but it is stopped working not Even switching on.plz do something to improve product quality

I bought mi max but wifi is not working they cheated that it will work but non of the service center is doing
