Dear concern,
I had given my mi4i to the mi authorised service centre, R 42, FF, Main vikas marg on 2, Nov, 2015. My charger and my device both were not working from the night of 1, nov, 2015 Without inspecting the device, Ms sujata Chaudhary told me that my device part is damaged due to liquid and charger is damaged.
After an argument with Ms Sujata Chaudhary on the liquid issue, she sent the mobile to the inner section for inspection.
After inspection they told me that device damaged due to liquid and they cant cover it in warranty. I have to pay the cost of service, they also not given me appropriate time of repair.
I called on the mi call centre and they registered complaint regarding the problem. Two days before i got a call from mi call centre and they inform me that my device is ready and i can collect it from service centre. I visited the branch yesterday on 14th Nov 2015 but the executive told me that my device isn't ready as the part hasn't come yet. Today i called the mi call centre again, the executive told me that i have to visit the branch and from there i contact mi call centre again and call centre will talk to the service centre executive and wilk request them to complete the repair work fast.
What is this?? Why there is a communication gap between service centre? How many times should I visited the service centre.
Is there any authority who is really customer oriented. Please look into this matter and resolve this issue.
