Xiaomi — Phone not received from service center after 1.5months

Hi, I had bought Mi 4i last year and after 10months, suddenly it stopped working, battery was dead .As it was under warranty, I gave it to Service center at Pune, TVS electronics on 2-May-16 and they said it may take 10-15days and I will receive a message once fixed. The job sheet number is:[protected].

Now, its been 45days(17th Jun) and still I havent got the message. I spoke to xiaomi service center multiple times and their response is that we have escalated the issue and you will have to wait.Incident:[protected]

Dont understand how long does it fix a phone, are there no timelines. How pathetic the service is..
