Xiaomi — Poor service: (Mi Exclusive Service Center) | |||||
Hi support team, On 15 Sept 2015, I submitted the Redmi 2 (S.No:[protected]) to your service center with problem NOT POWERING ON. Jobsheet No. JS[protected] Service Center: Vikas marg(Mi Exclusive Service Center) Address: MI Exclusive Service Center, R-42, FF, opp. Metro pillar no.46, Main Vikas Marg I have visited many times to take the delivery of the phone but every times they say come after few days. And more staff is not supporting, they shout on customers. They don't have customers query answers and they do not respond politely. There is not any system so I could track the progress update, every time customer need to visit the center. They do not provide any contact number. They says that I will get status on my mobile number. But now it has been being more than 20 days and I have not get any updates. Please help me out, I brought this phone for my personal use not for service center. Please arrange quick service and reply me how soon will I will get my mobile delivered.
