Xiaomi — Redmi 1s ..the phone i have given to service center on 21st august.still they are not giving it back..and not replying properly

My phone redmi 1s is given to service are on 21st august.problem was the charging is decresing after puttinh it on charg and automatically going on fastboot mode.but they(ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICE LIMITED, SURAT) are not responding after a month also.. my complain number is- SUR/XM/15/03558
