Xiaomi — redmi 4 black 3gb variant | |||||
Despite of launching new products, the services to the customer need to be taken care in quality manner. I purchased redmi 4 phone on june month and had speaker related issue after using 25 days approx and i submitted the phone to the service centre and more than 15 days are gone and still waiting for my product. I had below mentioned issues, my mail is to get my product back asap and other customer didn't have to suffer by this type of service issue in future. 1. Phone submitted to the centre with request no - wxin[protected] 2. Phone submitted to orbit mall service centre indore. 3. I am told to get phone call for further update on day of submitting the phone but i received the call from centre on 14th, as a customer which is not accepted. 4. On phone call i am updated to wait for more 7 days to get an update on this. 5. The support from the call support - [protected] is always contradicted. 6. As per update provided or as my interaction, is this worth to wait for 3 weeks for phone fix for non availability of spare parts. This is how mi is managing or providing the services to the customer? 7. Does this centre should not be banned or customer need to change his phone to other manufacturer? I hope my issue or customer like me issues will be sorted out soon and action against the centre will be strictly taken or new centre will be open in the replacement.
