Xiaomi — Regarding late delivery of repaired mobile | |||||
The new mobile redmi note 3 was given to xiaomi under mi-protect insurance for liquid damage. The complaint was registered on 3rd june'16. The person from company collected it on 6th june'13. I have paid for repair charges under insurance and even after almost 2 months, i have not received my phone. The company first said the date of arrival of phone to be 18th july'16. But now they are telling that the phone will be delivered in august. The company is not taking any steps inspite of repeated phone calls and mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||
