Xiaomi — Roof leakage

My name is Tanu. I am residing in RGB 404 II floor, Raghubir Nagar, ND 110027. We are experiencing a lot of difficulties due to water leakage from the floor above our flat. We contacted the flat owner and rented people many times but they are continously denying for repair due to this our roof is getting weaker. There is no response from owner.
