Xiaomi — screen broken just by putting it in pocket

I purchased this device. The device is so light and don't know what material is used this device screen broke as i put it in my pocket. This is very shameful that a brand which is rising is providing these type quality device to their customers.
This made me sad how customers purchase devices with their hard earned money with a view and trust that it will be worth.
But by delivering this material breaks customer's trust as well prevents others to buy such products.
I request you to please look into this matter and replace my device.
