Xiaomi Service Center — Inconvenience in service | |||||
I own a Xiaomi Redmi 2 handset which had a problem in charger slot. So, I gave it to the service center of bhubaneswar on 19 Sep, 2015. They promised to repair my product till 16 Oct, 2015. But, i have not received my phone till yet nor there is any update on it. The contact numbers of both the service center and the headquarter is either switched off or busy.
