I have submitted my mobile to the Xiaomi Exclusive- Dwarka mi service center on 15th of Sept 2015 in, New Delhi city. My Job Sheet no is JS[protected]. I purchased mi 3 from flipkart, purchase date- 5 Aug 2014, vide Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD[protected]. Only problem with Mobile was battery draining very fast.
The service center guys received the set after diagnosing it, and said it will be repaired within 15Days without warranty. Will inform you cost of repairing within 1-2 days.
But after 6 days I have not received any intimation. I visited Service Centre on 21st September 2015. They told me that Screen of Phone is damaged. While I gave them hand set in proper condition without physical damage on 15th September 2015.
I sure that during Service Engineer broken Screen and Touch, First they kept Job sheet from me and returned mobile without repairing on 21st September, while argument, I asked them to return me my Job sheet, and then they returned it.
I asked them show me recording of Mobile given date 15th September, where clearly showing that Mobile Screen /Touch is in proper condition. I have handed over them phone without any physical damage.
Now Handset is with Service Centre.
While I left from Service Centre around 8 pm on 21/9/2015, they immediately send me message (SMSM TEXT) that your phone is ready for collection @ 8:08 pm.
Engineer @ Dwarka Centre New Delhi, Mr. Ashwani told that me that they will not repair damage handset, instead damage done by Service Centre.
Kindly replace Handset as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
