Xiomi Redmi — Fingerprint scanner not working

Hello my name is saber shaikh... I am from dhule maharashtra... I have a cookie red mi note 3.. I have bought the mobile in may... I ordered it by online shopping on amazon... Now after 6 months of life period the fingerprint scanner of my xiomi redmi note 3 is not working properly... And the mobile have a 1 yr warranty... So i request u to plzz take a quick action on my complaint... Now my current location is in dhule maharashtra pin code 424001.. Attachment :- receipt of online delivery of my xiomi redmi note 3...

Dear saber SHAIKH,

Better you may visit the Xiaomi Service centers which is reliable to reach in your locality. Also i[censored] could not know where the service centers are available means you may check in their official website. Your problem will settle down by them. Because i faced some problem in my mobile as Touch pad is not working. But after visiting their service center i got repaired without any cost. Also If you Phone is under Warrentee period means go with bills.
