Dear all i am mrs preetha sunish, xiphiyas consultant in bangalore is a cheating consultant. I have started my canada migration processing in the year 2013 and i have paid 1.65 lack rupees as a processing fee and service charges. Before starting processing they promised me with in 18 months i can move to canada. So i beleived them and i waited and wasted my time arround 5 yrs. And finally they are telling my file is incomplete and cant go and they are not refunding my money. Now they are blaming me and shouting at me when i ask for refund. I am requesting anybody plan to make migration to anywhere dont go to this consultant.

Poor services. Don't ever think about this firm for immigration.
I am not sure if the five stars which are given are genuine or if the agency people have made them.
I read these testimonials and believed it to be true and went for canada pr process in september 2016 and now i am writing this that nobody else should be deceived like me.
Initially we were told it is a six month process, which we for obvious reasons knew would not happen (But they don't say u the actual reality until u pay the money and make u sign bonds).
If they are really sure that they can assist u then why should they take security amount beforehand, instead they can do their assignments and may be take the money after fulfilling all the necessary details from their end.
I[censored] are ready to send numerous mails infinite calls, follow ups and spend money (We were asked to attest documents even before process starts) then u can think about xiphias, else my sincere suggestion. Don't go through xiphias immigration bangalore.

Finally it was me who skyped their colleague in canada and he had to push these people to update us the crs score and pnr status.

Their services are the worst.

U pay them money and do all the work by yourself.

Also, they don’t know the basic guidelines about the minimum required documents. Being registered pharmacist in india, they have asked me to complete my eca through wes for my diploma as well as for my bachelor’s degree. However, as per cic i should have completed my eca through pebc (Pharmacy examing borad of canada). They simply wasted my inr 50, 000 for this evaluation.

Also, whenever you approach this company you can see all of your assigned coordinators are absconded from this firm.

They assign u work inclusive attesting your papers from a notary which was unnecessary thru our initial processes..

I[censored] have to do all the work why do u want an agency?

If they also have to wait like us for the pnp to open then y should we go through the agency paying 2 lakh...?

Take money and do nothing.

I think they should close down the office rather than robbing people their hard earned money.

Guys, if you need any more clarification i am happy to provide you. I have seen there are lots of self made reviews for this firm. Please don’t get cheated by them.

I wanted to explain everyone an incident that happened to me and 4 of my other friends, we had a call from a person named ramkumar from xiphias immigration, he offered us study visa to australia, we were happy and agreed with the same, and asked us to visit xiphias immigration but ramkumar was a client agent to xiphias he was not present at xiphias office and we met varun singh, me my friends visited with our parents, (1st coordinator named jennifer) taking a registration fees of 11800, inr they promised us to get a study permit in australia and agreed to refund the money if they failed, collage named etea, xiphias said that they would provide us loan for study fees, accommodation, but they failed to provide us loan, we arranged loan from our side and payed the collage fees of 4lakh, (2nd coordinator was changed, name archana) didn't even help us for the visa filing, our visa got refused first time due to wrong subclass, 2
(3rd coordinator named svatleena was new to the etea process, tried hard in helping us with the documents and the visa filing, even 2nd time the visa was refused, we spoke to varun he was like apply for refund we will help for refund from etea, we were worried and unhappy with it we had loss around 3lakhs for visa refusal twice, expenses for the process, ielts, baggage accessories etc, except dis we paid the term fees of 4 lakh to etea through xiphias, and got the refund of 352000, inr, we spoke to varun singh regarding this refund issue, he was least bothered and asked us to apply for other countries, and he was like etea also has pending bills for xiphias too, he was not ready to help us with the due amount, instead he gave us a mail i'd ([protected]@etea. Edu. Au) and said us "you guys keep on following with the collage mail address" well that was not our job, varun singh should have hold the responsibility of our refund, we sent several requesting txts in whatsapp to varun singh he blocked me in whatsapp, we paid etea with the trust of xiphias, now xiphias is not ready to help us, if they are not concerned of our refund why should xiphias prefer etea to us, one of the best fraud consultancy in bangalore, and i have wondering how this immigration get 5 stars in reviews, knowing we all were from middle class family xiphias played a big colour full game in our life's knowing that we middle class people can do nothing, our dreams were cherished, finally i repeat xiphias cheated me, xiphias immigration is a fraud immigration.

I have applied for express entry, canada as my wife as first applicant (Srijinu francis, client id: 53004) on 06/03/2017. We have paid rs. 76150 to amster consultancy, kottayam which is a sub branch of xiphias consultancy (Invoice no: xip/kym/imm/1595 & #xip/kym/imm/4331). Still no processing have started and i have called xiphias bangalore office and amster kottayam office a dozen times. Earlier they picked our calls and now after seeing our phone number nobody is attending our calls. We just need our hard earned money back. You people can take 10 or 20% commission as your service (Still no processing had been done). We don’t want any of your service. Kindly refund our rest of money.

I was looking for migration to canada, however was not confident about the proceedings and how authentic service they would provide. I spoke to xyphias bangalore and thought to initiate the proceedings. I have 50000 inr for initial proceeding and they were asking for 75000. I said i am not sure if i would like to proceed with your consultancy and hence asked my 50k back. It has been three months and i have not got my cash back. I have mail conversation where i mentioned that if i have a doubt after further verification, i would not sign the document and will not proceed further. Even though there is no document that has been signed, i am facing the difficulty to get my cash back. I stay in chennai and on a recommendation went to this consultancy in bangalore. Please help to get the cash back.

Hi. My name is Jyothi and we have applied for Canada PR Visa. Initially there was continuous followup regarding the process and we were assisted to the fullest. Once we paid the amount, there is no proper response. Neither they bother to call the customer to follow up the things. It has completely stopped. Even when I call, they don't answer. Every time I get to hear that they are busy and will call back. But I don't receive any calls. When asked about the same, they even disconnected the call. Worst customer service experience. Feel like teaching them the basic telephonic etiquette.
I was asked to submit the documents. After submitting, I asked them 2-3 times whether they are correct. After 1 month, I got a reply that scanning is not done properly, and many other faults. Whole 1 month got wasted. Nothing was productive. When I questioned about the same, they don't answer anything.

Simple customer service is lacking a big time here.

I have requested refund from Xiphias Immigration Pvt Ltd as their process is extremely slow; no visibility on what is happening. Once you pay the initial amount, they really dont give you enough attention or support in getting the process ahead. Below is the example of email correspondence with them. I had to wait for 10 days just to get some answers on what kind of documentation is required. And when I am not interested to go ahead with them for slow and non reliable service; they are declining to refund my 40, 000 rupees. They claim this is already used by them when the process has not even started yet. Other than this I had paid 1000 Rs for generic evaluation done before paying the advance.

The below correspondence is just email conversations. But on phone as well they are denying any refund so far.

Today I got a call from Shravanthi asking what was the issue. Can one POC from your side deal this refund issue. I can not keep explaining things everytime.

Please find below emails I sent during processing.. I sent email on Oct 13th asking specific questions and requesting call back but did not get a response before 21st oct from her. And today, people are calling left right and center just because I have asked for a refund.

Can you please update me the refund status asap.

Hi Sravanthi,

Please call me when you can. I am still not sure what needs to be notarized and what does not need to be, in the documents required section in your website it does not ask for certified true copies of Passport. Just says all pages to be copied.

Can you please mention for each of the below documents;

1) PIF ( personal information form) for main applicant and spouse please find below attachment. -- AFTER FILLING IT NEED A NOTARIZED COPY???

2) Passport all pages scanned copy for main applicant, spouse and kid (if applicable ). ???

3) Experience proof for main applicant and spouse : previous and current company appointment letter, experience letter, relieving letter, reference letter (please find below attachment), last 3 months salary slips, ITR letter, Form no 16 . ???

4) WES report .- What is this???

5) IELTS score card . -- NOT YET DONE.

6) Education documents for main applicant and spouse.(10th, 12th mark sheets and degree marks sheets, transcript and completion certificate). -- EVEN SPOUSE NEED TO BE NOTARIZED???

7) Birth certificate for main applicant and spouse, kid (if applicable). -- NOTARIZED??

8) Marriage Certificate ( if applicable)--- NOTARIZED??

Hey my name is vijeta naik. i had applied for express entry to canada somewhere in 2014 and thereafter i and my spouse were told to give ielts exam and we have co-operated with the all the procedures till date with utmost trust but till date we are getting nowhere. i have made a payment of rs. 1, 50, 000/- to the company on them promising me a nursing job at canada but till date there is nothing constructive which has come up. we do not know exactly what they had applied for as we had applied for federal skilled worker. now after almost 3 years having passed we sought refund from the company for which one mr. varun says that we can go ahead with the complaint and hence this complaint to sought our hard earned money which company is refusing to refund now.

I am Mahesh N S from Chennai . I paid 60000 rupees for the express entry process and after going i came to know that it will take maximum of 1 year and about documentation also will very difficult so i called them and refuse to sign the agreement .but they tel me like that u can sign the documents and any way u can refund the same if you are not interested to process. I believe that words and i sign ( E Signature ) . Now i got a better opportunity to middle east and i tried to get the refund from Xiphias but they are not ready to refund the same. i frequently called them and putting mails but no response .Now the executive who is coordinate with me from the beginning said that she is not the right person and Mr Varun is the right person to contact and get the refund. I touche with that gentle man and he said me like that he is not the person and have to deal with admin.after i spoke with Mr sudheer, he is the manager and he is spoke rudely to me . Now i dont know how can i get my money back and where i have to raise a complaint.
