[Resolved] Xiphias Immigration Bangalore — immigration fraud | |||
I'd applied for Quebec/Canada immigration in May 2014 through Xiphias Immigration consultants - Bangalore. I've not signed any agreement with this company. But they failed to submit my application on time/before deadline. I've paid approximately 2.5 Lac. as processing fee & service charge. Now they are refusing to refund money & stopped replying my mails & telephone calls. pls advise how to get refund. Your expert advise is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. This is a fake consultatancy company, they do everything with smile and attractive words and everything that they can impress you to apply and after that they will ask you to apply and everything will be alright until you pay for them a lakhs of rupees and after that they won't do anything. I am not sure did they applied to Canada immigration because they won't update you anything I applied in 2012 still now no reply and no update they telling until now pending reply from immigration. Even if asked for refund they are not giving me anything I'm from middle class family and father is a farmer he struggle so much to arrange money and give to this people around 2 lakhs of rupees and they disappointed me and my father's dream. . Dear friends think as a former I told them before I give money this money is from my father's hard work and he borrowed for interest pay so kindly don'the disappoint me and my father is don't mind giving you extra money once I get PR and settle in Canada but they never considered my feelings and pain. If they can give me back my money I'll be happy. But my advice to people like me don't blindly give money and don't suffer like me. Since 6yrs I'm asking my money when ever I go into see different people in there office and all cheating. If they really applied for my PR i asked them to show my status in the immigration website but they refuse to do so. And show me the original bills which you pay for my application. And one more thing I also recommend one of my friend also and for both o[censored]s is the same situation.

My name is mahesh Ramakrishna, and I'm not here to prove that you guys are fake or real. I write my comment is all my feelings and pain everyday I'm thinking of it, you all play with my dreams and now I'm suffering a lot without achieving my dreams. I fedup with that thinking of it Everyday. I'm not here to fight. I'm sharing my feelings and my experience which I come across. Your file is being handled by Universal Immigration and they have done their work but unfortunately you never replied any emails nor you provided any documents to MIDI which was requested by them and now you balmes us for your failure in submitting the documents on time.
We have all the correspondance on record of your file and we can prove it that you have never replied or answered our any emails or calls and some day you come up with complains.We from India and Canada team both have approached you more than 20 times in emails .
See the emails communication for your reference and then blame other for your ignorance.Like you we have more than 3000 happy clients who are patiently waiting for Quebec process as they are aware that no one has control over processing time of QSW.

Please note that the statements of income (eg ITR-V Form, Acknowledgement) and acknowledgment of tax returns (eg Acknowledgement of Receipt of ITR-V) are not accepted as proof of legality of work experience
[ IMPORTANT : The documents that MICC is asking from you may have already been submitted by you in the initial stage itself. But the MICC is asking again with further clarification due to rules changes that has happened after you have submitted the application. So we have to comply with their request. In 2014 Feb 20th I asked for my vissa status but you never give me any updates and even I personally try to contact to your mobile phone many times but you never answer my calls after I send message in Viber then only you answered my call then I ask you for my application status you said still pending then I ask for my reference Number to check my vissa status in online . My reference number will be the bill number of the payment which you made to Canadian immigration visas fees. But you never give me proper explanation and end up my conversations..
Now I will answer to your question why I never replied to you for that 2014 email.
1. I got a confirmation email from you that all my documents signed submitted to Canadian government on 6 November 2012 then why you are asking again all my documents again in 2014 you assessed everything ahen you said I'm qualified for qubic skilled workers vissa and also you submitted evething then again for what?
I told you I am jobless 2013 to 2015 So I don't have any other qualification or work experience to give you so I asked you to continue with what I submitted but you people blameing me because of I never reply to that email that's why I didn't get my vissa. this is unfair!
2. I personally called to Canadian embassy in 2013 December I think so and asked them did any Canada vissa applied under my passport, they said so far there is no vissa has been applied for any country so there I confirm that you all playing game with us to take balance amount from us and I don't have money to to give and loos again that's why I never replied to your 2014 email.
3. My last question if you really processed both me and my friend's application to Canadian immigration *****show me the immigration vissa fees bills then I accept you done your job and I won't blame on your company and even won't ask for money back. And show me in the status of my application in the immigration website****
*** for example I tried to get PR in other countrie in 2015 and it rejected I can show you my application status when I applied and when it rejected ...

Issue resolved. I can strongly see that Consultancies are playing with people money... I am not here to judge Xiphias immigration, I have seen other several consultancies doing the same like oasis, VR etc. I am not sure how did Mr Krish get his money back and it was long time he has fought and marked this as resolved. I am happy that he has got something back from consultancy which is only being agreed not paid yet.
I am really scare that how a big amount of money being used and played by consultancies. This situation demotivate me to apply for PR from any of the consultancies. I wish there would be better law and enforcement against these issues and we could freely go and apply for PR/Immigration. Being an Experienced professional, I can't dare to play with my own money.

I agree with everyone .. here about Xiphias.
1. Looking at all this xiphias seems to be very odd and rude and a rough player
2. They also don't have a proper standard process
3. They charge the highest and 1.75 lakhs more than other best of best consultants and compared to the other fully licensed immigration consultants
4. They are the worst to deal with and they don't talk to you unless you pay them before registration or even basic questions to them. They charge you[protected] rs initially just to tell you the points which you can see yourself for free from other consultants or the GOVT OF CANADA WEBSITE
5. THEY DONT EVEN DISCLOSE THE FEE INITIALLY AS IF THEY CHARGE EACH APPLICANT DIFFERENTLY !! I AM SHOCKED TO KNOW that they charge 2.5 lakhs and then also talk to the consumer so badly and pathetically
6. They resort to fight in public and wash the dirty linen in public as well and malign them
7. They should be put behind bars and made to give interest plus entire money back to that complainant actually and to all those who they have cheated !
8. They are over confident rude and obnoxious CHEATS it looks like !
9. It is very clear they dint apply for the VISA and hiding behind the info of submitting docs whereas it is their duty to call and explain the consumer and give them proof and comfort !
10. XIPHIUS IS SICK AND NOT RECOMMENDED BY ANYONE FOR IMMIGRATION !!

5. THEY DONT EVEN DISCLOSE THE FEE INITIALLY AS IF THEY CHARGE EACH APPLICANT DIFFERENTLY !! I AM SHOCKED TO KNOW that they charge 2.5 lakhs and then also talk to the consumer so badly and pathetically
6. They resort to fight in public and wash the dirty linen in public as well and malign them
7. They should be put behind bars and made to give interest plus entire money back to that complainant actually and to all those who they have cheated !

9. It is very clear they dint apply for the VISA and hiding behind the info of submitting docs whereas it is their duty to call and explain the consumer and give them proof and comfort !

OMG!! after going through above mentioned allegations, i am really worried and shocked at the chutzpah of these so called "consultants". how dare they? I also contacted Xiphias and other money minting shops in the market as I m also one of the Canadian PR seeker. Now i am in a real fix. what to do? which one to trust?? Xiphias told me same thing which all other consultants used to say " they are the only authorized persons in the market" . I don know what to do??
It's true about Xiphias, I have also paid and suffering from poor response.

Poor services. Don't ever think about this firm for Immigration.
I am not sure if the five stars which are given are genuine or if the agency people have made them.
I read these testimonials and believed it to be true and went for Canada PR process in September 2016 and now I am writing this that nobody else should be deceived like me.
Initially we were told it is a six month process, which we for obvious reasons knew would not happen (but they don't say u the actual reality until u pay the money and make u sign bonds).
If they are really sure that they can assist u then why should they take security amount beforehand, instead they can do their assignments and may be take the money after fulfilling all the necessary details from their end.
If u are ready to send numerous mails infinite calls, follow ups and spend money(we were asked to attest documents even before process starts)then u can think about Xiphias, else my sincere suggestion. DON'T GO THROUGH XIPHIAS IMMIGRATION BANGALORE.
Finally it was me who Skyped their colleague in Canada and he had to push these people to update us the CRS score and PNR status.
Their services are the worst.
U pay them money and do all the work by yourself.
Also, they don’t know the basic guidelines about the minimum required documents. Being registered Pharmacist in India, they have asked me to complete my ECA through WES for my Diploma as well as for my Bachelor’s Degree. However, as per CIC I should have completed my ECA through PEBC (Pharmacy Examing Borad of Canada). They simply wasted my INR 50, 000 for this evaluation.
Also, whenever you approach this company you can see all of your assigned coordinators are absconded from this firm.
They assign u work inclusive attesting your papers from a notary which was unnecessary thru our initial processes..
If u have to do all the work WHY do u want an agency?
If they also have to wait like us for the PNP to open then y should we go through the agency paying 2 lakh...?
Take money and do nothing.
I think they should close down the office rather than robbing people their hard earned money.
Guys, if you need any more clarification I am happy to provide you. I have seen there are lots of self made reviews for this firm. Please don’t get cheated by them.

Waste of money and time. A frustrating and non-transparent process. They do a pre-evaluation with all best scores and best scenarios that gives a false hope. The processing officer assigned to us has done nothing. I have personally visited their office multiple times and all they give is false hope. Few employees are not sure of the process themselves and tend to confuse you too.I have spent a total of 80K+ on this useless procedure. Nobody has told us the complete process till now. Have no clue where the money went. They keep you blind-folded. In this one year, I have never received any update email except the draw score which I can check myself.

You can read the reviews and will find various applicants in the same situation that proves it is a fraud), I decided to go with a PNP option. Xiphias has done nothing about PNP . They have not even resolved my queries nor given an update. Moreover, I have read on Quora now that Canada hardly requires skilled immigrants who look for white collar jobs.
Please think before using somebody's hard earned money.
