[Resolved] Xiphias Immigration Bangalore — immigration fraud

I'd applied for Quebec/Canada immigration in May 2014 through Xiphias Immigration consultants - Bangalore. I've not signed any agreement with this company. But they failed to submit my application on time/before deadline. I've paid approximately 2.5 Lac. as processing fee & service charge. Now they are refusing to refund money & stopped replying my mails & telephone calls. pls advise how to get refund. Your expert advise is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

XIPHIAS is a victim of negative marketing and fake reviews given to them by their competitors and logically there is no level match with any other consultancies operating in India with such standards and high values company like XIPHIAS. Please stop misusing these portals for denting images and parallel these companies come back asking for money to remove such reviews! All reviews given are false and misleading .

So viewers please go to actuals not his unauthorised links that are extorting money in name of removing such reviews.
