I have requested refund from Xiphias Immigration Pvt Ltd as their process is extremely slow; no visibility on what is happening. Once you pay the initial amount, they really dont give you enough attention or support in getting the process ahead. Below is the example of email correspondence with them. I had to wait for 10 days just to get some answers on what kind of documentation is required. And when I am not interested to go ahead with them for slow and non reliable service; they are declining to refund my 40, 000 rupees. They claim this is already used by them when the process has not even started yet. Other than this I had paid 1000 Rs for generic evaluation done before paying the advance.

The below correspondence is just email conversations. But on phone as well they are denying any refund so far.

Today I got a call from Shravanthi asking what was the issue. Can one POC from your side deal this refund issue. I can not keep explaining things everytime.

Please find below emails I sent during processing.. I sent email on Oct 13th asking specific questions and requesting call back but did not get a response before 21st oct from her. And today, people are calling left right and center just because I have asked for a refund.

Can you please update me the refund status asap.

Hi Sravanthi,

Please call me when you can. I am still not sure what needs to be notarized and what does not need to be, in the documents required section in your website it does not ask for certified true copies of Passport. Just says all pages to be copied.

Can you please mention for each of the below documents;

1) PIF ( personal information form) for main applicant and spouse please find below attachment. -- AFTER FILLING IT NEED A NOTARIZED COPY???

2) Passport all pages scanned copy for main applicant, spouse and kid (if applicable ). ???

3) Experience proof for main applicant and spouse : previous and current company appointment letter, experience letter, relieving letter, reference letter (please find below attachment), last 3 months salary slips, ITR letter, Form no 16 . ???

4) WES report .- What is this???

5) IELTS score card . -- NOT YET DONE.

6) Education documents for main applicant and spouse.(10th, 12th mark sheets and degree marks sheets, transcript and completion certificate). -- EVEN SPOUSE NEED TO BE NOTARIZED???

7) Birth certificate for main applicant and spouse, kid (if applicable). -- NOTARIZED??

8) Marriage Certificate ( if applicable)--- NOTARIZED??

Also, I see that the principal and spouse PIF forms are same??? What is the difference. And what is the file number I need to enter on this form?

Dear Asad,

Your allegations are false and misleading and for any resolution related to documents we have defined process and guidelines which clients follows and get their success .If you do not like to go ahead or dropped your plans then how XIPHIAS is responsible for your claims and let us make it clear that you agreed and signed contract to complete the formalities and if you leave the process in between we will not held any responsible for your claims.

we are open to serve you for your migration process but reaching to consumer forum to get solution is upto you and we will provide all supporting documents to prove to law of court when required.

I have clearly mentioned the time they are taking to even answer queries. We are paying for getting help and served on a timely manner. If we had to do everything, would have not hired you guys.

Tell me if I do not like the service and what to withdraw from you guys as I mentioned when called for a refund. Your team said will check and get back on it. They are still checking on it. Is the process so complicated or you guys dont want to correct your process and just take money from us.

This process was not even briefed to us while you took money.
I am glad, Top management from Xiphias has taken charge and provided me details on getting this processed further.

I would like to remove this complaint once the issue is resolved.

Waste of money and time. A frustrating and non-transparent process. They do a pre-evaluation with all best scores and best scenarios that gives a false hope. The processing officer assigned to us has done nothing. I have personally visited their office multiple times and all they give is false hope. Few employees are not sure of the process themselves and tend to confuse you too.I have spent a total of 80K+ on this useless procedure. Nobody has told us the complete process till now. Have no clue where the money went. They keep you blind-folded. In this one year, I have never received any update email except the draw score which I can check myself.
After multiple frustrating IELTS score ( another fraud organization - falling short by 0.5 band every time. You can read the reviews and will find various applicants in the same situation that proves it is a fraud), I decided to go with a PNP option. Xiphias has done nothing about PNP . They have not even resolved my queries nor given an update. Moreover, I have read on Quora now that Canada hardly requires skilled immigrants who look for white collar jobs.Waste of money and time. Please think before using somebody's hard earned money.
TO EVERYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT CANADA IMMIGRATION, please do it yourself. Just some research required.

I have faced some similar issues with these people! Its been more than 2 years I have been part of this process patiently, they do not have any idea on what they are doing. I have requested in several occasions to talk to the consultant, they tell you that he sits in hongkong and you can direct the queries through these so called agents. They went forward with my Austalian PR without me being eligible for it!!! It was rejected of-course and they asked me to resubmit through RPL and i had to pay extra 25k for this process. I was suspicious and approached other agency and got to know that my profile was not eligible in the first place. even after this when i asked to talk to the consultant i got the same response!!! Now when i am asking for refund not because i want to discontinue my process of PR but because of these peoples incompetency they are saying its not there in their policy. Is it their policy to provide wrong info and waste my time and money and energy? Now i have to start everything all over again!!!
The team has spoken to me and we have resolved this issue amicably.
