Hi,

I have recently (4th March 2016) bought a brand new XOLO ERA 4G from online e-commerce site (snapdeal) Snapdeal order ID: - [protected].

It had been only 10-12 days o[censored]sing this handset, sudden it power off like dead.

Below is Mobile Details.
Make : - XOLO
Model : - ERA 4G 8 GB
IMEI NO 1:- [protected]
IMEI NO 2:- [protected]

I also call to sanpdeal to exchange the phone, but they were keeping on saying, we are 7 Days easy return policy. And now it’s more than 7 days so we can’t assist you. You can call to manufacture of this phone.

I also call to XOLO customer care[protected], they suggest me to visit the service center. I visited too & submit my phone at (Rohan Tele Services C-26/1 gali no 1, neat Sunrise Public school bhajanpura, Delhi:- 110053). As per XOLO Work-order Number:[protected].

Currently form your end Guys saying, your phone will back in your hand on[protected].

It’s too long time, and right now I am going irritate.
It’s my humble request to short out my issue ASAP on priority.

I purchase a brand new XOLO phone ERA 4G hand set, and after 10 to 12 days o[censored]se it's come in dead condition, and now i do one mail also to xolo customer care and they tell me you have to wait for 15 days to resolve this issue.

Guys it's a new handset, i don't think so, suddenly a new phone come in dead condition.

XOLO should replace this handset with new one.
