[Resolved] Xolo — Charging problem in my xolo black 1x | |||||
Dear Sir, I've purchased Xolo Black 1X from www.snapdeal.com but there is problem in charging the mobile. When I make my phone charge except of getting charge it's got discharge. Some of the applications get stopped while using them. I'd visit the Service Center 3 times, I didn't got any positive response every time they ask for charges and the reason for charges are internal parts defect. I am not responsible for internal parts defect, I think there is manufacture fault. I want that you may take a quick action and replace my mobile.
