i have bought my mobile which is modified by xolo mobiles i have purchased my mobile from a shop it is registered by from the name of new berco electronics in uttam nagar new delhi i have taken this mobiles before date of register is[protected] and now my mobile is suffering from many problems and still now i have given my mobile on service centre before 1 month and they have not given my mobile yet pls help me to provide my mobile soonly. name- mahesh kumar raman address-b-112 sahyog vihar near matiyala road j.j colony uttam nagar new delhi 110059 emei no-[protected] emei no.[protected] and today i have received the legal notice by court from home credit finance pvt ltd( for installement purchase) my mobile is damaged by xolo care in uttam nagar new delhi 110059
