Dear Sir/Mam, I had a discussion with your costumer care executive Ms. Rupali on 18.06.2014 at 11.00 AM. She suggest me for a visit to service centre and also she assured me for forwarding my feedback to the concerned team for resolve my query. But unfortunately I want to keep in your knowledge that I got the same reply from your service centre "Come after one week". I visited next day after discussion. Kindly look into the matter. -- ... I already visited four times at you centre but they gave me the same answer. If you don’t want to give my device tell me in clear word, why are you mentally harassing me. If the person showing his patients that not means he is fool. This is last time I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and arrange my headphone as soon as possible.
