[Resolved] Xolo — I want my money back or a new tab | |||
I am a very disappointed by the product of yours and the service's you guys offer. I have purchased XOLO qc800 tab from Amazon. It was dead after a month and I went to a service center at Khairatabad Hyderabad. They kept the device at their end and did nothing with it for 2 months. Anyhow they gave the device today and it is still not working. DISGUSTING SERVICE AND PRODUCT. Need escalation matrix till your national business head. I want you guys to refund my amount.
