[Resolved] Xolo — manufacturing defects in xolo q1200 | |||
Sir On 20 june, 2014 i purchased a xolo q 1200 and after 2, 3 months its has an battery backup problem.after 5 month its battery swell and screen is getting out of the phone. So i submit it on service center . they repaired it and return it to me after 10 day bt my phone condition was not gud it was repaired badly.( in looks ). After 1 month it has an heating issue. If i open 1 or 2 app it heat a lot.i have complaint regarding this that i want a replacement of my phone as it was a manufacturing issue.i have written complaints regarding this by mail at with all necessary details but ur company does'nt reply any one of them. U guyz care about the company reputation or not. I am very disappointed with my decision of buying a xolo phone. Kindly look into the matter and replace my phone.i don't want to file a legal action against xolo bt i[censored] don't take any action then i have 2 do this.
