[Resolved] Xolo — Mobile exchanged with another persons mobile - also found in worse condition | |||
Model No. Xolo Q1000 Opus 1) IMEI No. - [protected] 2) IMEI No. - [protected] I purchased mobile dated[protected], with invoice number- DE2C6D/13-14/503 from snapdeal.com. I hardly used it for a month and then faced problem of hanging phone when any application running in few minutes, also faced audio fault when I attached handset with my mobile, I can be able to hear sound from only onside (left or right). Also when I charged the battery the charger captured very high temperature. For all this above problem, I called xolo care call centre on[protected], Then I submitted my mobile in nearest service centre – Code – 1300170, Name – Shreeji Communication, Contact no. [protected]. Service centre executive replied, he has to send mobile to the company for repairing purpose. Then I have to wait for 1 month to get my mobile – in perfect fixed condition. After a month I again contacted with xolo service centre (Shreeji Communication), again executive replied your mobile still not repaired. If you want to resolve your mobile phone’s problems, you have to wait for another one month due to company’s heavy work load. I already sent complaint about my cell phone earlier (on xolo care/ support) and not got any response from your side. On dated 30th June 2014, I collected my cell phone from xolo - service centre in not repaired condition, I also found the cell phone in very bad condition like my phone exchanged with someone else cell phone. I just want to tell, even I submitted my cell phone for a month for repairing and then I got it back in very worse condition than before. What all this non-sense. Now I had to take some legal steps on your company for asking compensation for all this inconvenience caused (under consumer right act).I just asking a replacement my cell phone with brand new one. If you still want to response on this matter, please contact me as soon as possible before I applying for the compensation.
