[Resolved] Xolo — My Xolo a600 Cell | |||
28th April 2014: Bought Xolo A 600 via indiatimes. Within two weeks phone’s touch started creating problem, touch became resistive and slow in responding but I ignored. After a month around 20th may first time I noticed that it automatically goes back, it started happening frequently, after few days touch also stop responding. 22st May 2014: Went to City Heat Jind Haryana Pin Code 126102 service centre, they told me they will get the problem fixed within a 20 days. When i visited the service centre after a 20 Days i.e, on 12 th June they told me that parts come from Noida, and we are not getting Xolo parts so your phone’s touch problem could not be fixed, when i asked them how long will you people take, they said we can’t give you a fixed date, visit after 20-25 days. This is the worst experience of my life with any service centre of electronic item. If my problem is not fixed in 38 days so Plz help me plz Was this information helpful? | |||
