Xolo — not repair my phone

dear sir my name is poornachandran, 3month before i give my phone small mic problem in coimbatore xolo service centre.till am not get my phone is there take three month to change a small mic.they not response properly.if i call them they say say come back after two days its happen in many time.i[censored] are not repair my phone pls give.i have job sheet when i give my phone .Am going to complain consumer court.. pls check my phone ststus my imei no [protected] and replay with in two once repair my phone or give it me back i will file case on consumer court note : i attach delivery challan they give12/11/2014 fisrt they will just regiester my complaint after one and half month am go ask xolo service center then only the get my phone and they said come after two day it will ready but till the not give they give service center no but phone number ring they dint pick up and alternatly they give service man number he also not pick phone today also i try 11 time more they dont pick up my phone service center no[protected] service man no [protected] answer me in two days my mail id [protected]@gmail.com my phone no : [protected]
