[Resolved] Xolo — pathetic service by XOLO service centre | |||
Hi I bought xolo q600s from snapdeal in JUNE 2014.From the very beginning problems started occuring in the handset which are : 1) Automatically turns off randomly 2) FM radio is pathetically unclear with lots and lots of noise making it unbearable 3) Hangs very often So I took the phone to F1 infosolutions and service New delhi on[protected].Now today is[protected], which is a month since I gave the phone to the service centre. The phone number provided of the service centre ([protected]) always gives the busy tone and there is no alternate number provided.The call centre tells me that the phone repair status is still in process. Please don't request me to pay visit to the service centre unless I get to talk to them(service centre) over the phone first as I don't have that much time to waste just waiting for my turn which was around 4 hours last time.
