[Resolved] Xolo — Phone dead | |||
sir, I bought XOLO Q 1000(Black) on 06/09/2013 from flipkart(OD[protected]), from the day of purchase itself i had issues like phone is getting heated up while charging and i consulted with local XOLO service centre and they told its quite normal only continue using the mobile.After six months just my battery warranty got over phone was dead, And in customer care they checked and told have to change new battery.Since they didnt provided new battery for almost 6to7 weeks i bought from amzon.com and phone was workin.Now again the phone was heating up and is dead now and service centre they told phone's motherboard is the problem have to change it and it will cost almost near to the price of phone instead you can buy a new phone. I trusted your brand and bought your product and its like every year i have to buy new phone.i cant afford a new phone of around Rs.13000 every year.i want replacement from XOLO or my money back.
