[Resolved] Xolo — Poor after sales service for the brand xolo | |||||
I own a xolo era which has a software issue, auto restart issue auto unwanted app getting download, battery drains very fast, when i took this phone with service center in thane they told me that there is issue with connector pin but which will cost 500, but phone gets charged and get connected with pc for data sharing, i had issue with software flashing but they are not ready to do it and asking me to first change connector pin first with paying charges as my phone is in warranty and about to end in two days even the service center guy name sumeet rajendra teli spoke to me in very arrogant manner and rude way even i spoked to customer care from srevice center itself with mr jubin jose on call he was not ready take my complain and give me complain number against my complain, at the end when i asked teli to return the phone he refused to give phone after threatning him that i would logde a police complain he returned my phone, i am truly dissatisfied with xolo after sales service and have a disappointment on making a purchase with your brand, i have all evidence for whatever i have stated in this mail i hope a quik revert for this issue faced by me.
