[Resolved] Xolo — status of my xolo q600s | |||
hi, i bought my xolo q600s from snapdeal which is just recently launched, after successfully worked well 1 month after suddendally hanged first time. Same time i just open battery and put inside again, but after that it wont work even not on the phone. So I given the service center on 19/08/2014(Tuesday), i follow up so many times with xolo care service center & bright communication(anand) but till now no i didn't received my phone even though they told me still it is in in-progress, so i want to know what was the status and why it takes near to 1 month and still it is in in-progress, when I received my phone at home, i am very unsatisfied with xolo care and service.
