[Resolved] Xolo — worst service of phone

I have submitted the phone for service on 28th november, 2014 and was promised to return back within 10-15 days but till now i have not received it yet.everytime i go to service center each time they give the feedback that they will call me whenever the phone is ready.next time i will not tolerate this and will take the necessary step to get it back.
