Phn thik se charge ni hota h...2 bar phn ka charging board change karaye 640 rs laga... But same halat h... Service centre wala ko bolo to bolte h... Apka charger thik ni h... Hm jab gaye service centre or jitni baar gaye waha dekhe sare costumer charging prblm hi le kar aate... I think this is the worst company... Phone ko charge me lagao to charge ni badhta ulta kav kav drain ho jata... Kav charge hota v to bohot slow... Mujhe lagta h... Bas jab tak company ka phone pe warranty h tab tak thik h... Baad me daudte raho service centre or paise dete jao company ko repair k liye... Yaa to jin k pas paise h wo is phone ko kulhari se kaat de yaa fir train ki patri par rakh k maza le or dusra phone kharid le... Maine is phone ki battery change karayi... Fir kch hi din me charging board... Sirf 5din hua tha fir charging board change karaya... Mic kharab ho gya charging problem thik karane jao to naya cheez kharab.. Matlab aap ke product me hi deffect h... Av tak mera charging ka problem sahi ni hua... Samajh lo aap av 2mahine me is phone pe mere kharche 1250+320+320=1890 but av tk kya hua... Problem not solved... Kav kav to man karta h consumer court me report kar du... Mujhe yakeen h faisla mere haq me hoga...

Fir mujhe phone restart karna padta h...mobile internet data asani se start ni hota..phone k settings me sim ko off for on karna hota tab jaa kar phone me internet chalta h
My phone is not ringing when someone call me and rest all of the tones are working I have visited Care centre 5-6 times but my problem is not sort out and now I am getting fed up from this please it's a hand joining request now please sort out my issue as soon as possible I will be thankful to you for this
Second last line in key pad not responding on touch screen. touch screen partially not responding.
Overheating the piec and not charge properly soo please solve this problms and application not supported

    Sir my phone xolo era 4g is gettng switched ff again and again due to overheating message displayed on the screen, as in fact its not heated that much while usage of only 5 min. Its get switched off by displaying the message of overheating. It even not allow me to play the game for five min. Or if i use othr app it max takes 20-30 to get switched off. Plzz sir find a solution of it and resolve it.

      Sir. I have purchased xolo black 1 x on 16/10/2016 through shop cj. Order no [protected]. Xolo black 4g phone touch pad not working properly, he is off automatically some times a day. And not on immediately, then he was on but that time few words on screen (Starting anroied app) and after 15 minute mobile on. Screen brightness problems.
      Please help me and solve my mobile problem's.

        My phone was getting off every time with sim in it. I visited lava service center. They told me it is problem of display & it'll cost rs.1048 of replacing the LCD display of my phone. I said ok. than after 3 days when i got my phone back there was problem with the touch( which was working fine before ) they told me it needs software update which will cost around rs.120. After that also my real issue was not resolved & they said there is problem with "IC" of the phone and it cannot be repaired. So, I was like then why did you even changed my LCD display? and i asked for my refund of 1200 rs but they refused and handed me my phone without any improvement and also they took my 1200 rs without any work.now my phone is useless cause whenever i insert my sim card in it it goes off. I am really feeling like cheated for my money cause they took money for repairing things that weren't an issue. and returned my phone without even repairing it and they handled me in a lot useless condition. Now the touch isn't working the phone is getting switched off after inserting SIM card.

        When I use my mob all the time show advertisement and show many problems like a not running frequently etc
        This smartphone of lava is defective. Its only three months old and it started misbehaving.
        1.Bluetooth automatically turns on and when you turn it of the phone restart.
        2.It get heat up quickly.
        3.IT automatically got switched off and now it is not responding, its not coming in on state.

          When I use jio sim there is no network.often network come and suddenly it goes to emergency call.I try to update software but there is no update version for this model.but when i use same sim card to ano ther handset there is no problem.for this handsat model i suffering lots of problems.kindly solve my problem..contact no-[protected]

            Xolo mobile blast on 2nd july 2017

            My mobile model is q1010i. Is blast just 4hrs back. So i called customer care and experience with unhelpful response. Received docket id:00173684

            I don't know why it suddenly blast as it was in stable condition and unplugged with charging cable.
            It can be a major incident but thanks too god that there is no injury in life. Only damaged my wallet with money and my wrist watch.

                I already repaired my xolo 8x-1100 mic 6 times i.e..3 times during warranty and 3 times during out of warranty . They repaired my handset in the cost of rs650 but still i m facing same problem again n again . Im very much disappointed with xolo service and also their product quality.I have purchased my handset almost 3 years ago after 6 months from purchasing date i got mic issue, so i have visited nearest authorise service centre, they repaired my issue after 18 days and gave back my handset . Then again after few days same issue again appear, then also i have visited service centre and again they took my handset and repaired after 20 days . Then after few months again same issue occurs, then i have to give Rs 650 to repair at service centre because my handset warranty is over.After that they again repaired my handset and return me back but this time little bit early i.e.., after 7-8 days.But again same problem occurs and the issue is not solved even 4-5 times .i have to lodge my complaint against xolo Mobile pvt. ltd that they are cheating with customers and they service offered by them is Worst.

                Xolo please give your latest software update for my Xolo era 1x mobile with latest security patch level and a defence for Blue Bourne virus. I have tested this virus on my mobile through a trusted app and I am sending screenshot of that below. Please solve this as soon as possible

                    Recently I bought a XOLO ERA 2X 3GB.
                    Expected to run all kinds of apps but as I installed Facebook app and tried to open, a dialogue box appears stating "unfortunately, Facebook has stopped"
                    Not only Facebook, but also Instagram is also showing the same thing. And these are the apps that I have tried recently only.. I even tried them first uninstalling and then reinstalling but the same problem is still persisting. Please help me out to give a good review for this phone.

Sometimes it works in gsm and sometimes in wcdma but not work properly in 4G mode and sometimes no any network for 4G. I ry highly appreciated to u that please resolve my network problem.

                      I had purchased xolo play 8x 1100 some time back. Initially it worked fine for 6 month. on 6th month mic stopped working. I took it to service center and got it repaired. Service center replaced it every time until it was in warranty. But now warrenty is over. Service center charges 550 for replacing mic. For time being i pickup phone with loud speaker mode and than it works.
                      service center asks 550/- for repairing every time. But every 3 months its not worth paying.
                      Can you help on this?

                        I purchased black xolo1 x from reliance digital store gurgaon on 25/07/2016
                        against name y.p.nayyar imei no [protected]
                        it is giving continues problem i got it repaired no of time from your service centre at yammunagar they gave me new adopter on payment basis also and
                        said that adopter u r using is nor in order
                        after some days it again got out of order i got it repaired three or four times
                        from your authorised dealer raj mobile distt solan himachal pradesh
                        everytime it remained in dealers shop as they told waiting for part from
                        the company .main problem is of charging in the set. once they changed my
                        charging cord( raj mobile)than when after three or four day set giving charging trouble again they said u come after 3 or 4 days as we asked for
                        some part from the company. after one week they got it repaired but trouble
                        started again. this time raj mobile the dealer said it requires original adopter
                        for which you had to wait as it will come from compan
                        after one about 15 days i again went their they replace adopter on payment
                        basis of rs. 250. now the mobile again started giving same problem.
                        the dealer raj mobile solan told me that check 3 4 days if problem again occur i will send the set for replacement with new set
                        pl let me know what should i do

                          Dear sir

                          I had xolo q1010i which i was using since more than two years and it. However today while charging suddenly flames started coming from it and then it exploded.
                          The phone is completely bunt from the back side. The plastic frame is melted and screen have also come outside of the frame. Also all my important data and contacts are gone.
                          I have recommended xolo products to many friends but now i am facing such problem which is discouraging to me as well as other xolo product users.

                          Please look into the matter at the earliest and provide alternate solution for the problem.

                            I have a complaint regarding my "xolo era hd sim tray". I visited the service centre itself but i was really disappointed with this kind of hospitality they provided me. My problem was neglected at every point. Neglegance of my complaints regarding my sim tray. Kindly help me out to prove that xolo is capable of standing in market and fulfilling the needs of customer. I shall be highly thankful to you.

                            I have tried more then 50 time to your customer care no. If this is your service then i have only one option left to go to consumer court

                            Iam using Xolo era 1x phone. I got android update notifications today . I went ahead to update, half way I got E: error in/storage/sdcard0/update zip (status 7) plz help me solve the issue .

                            Dear sir/medam, i bought my xolo era 1x from snapdeal but in battery it's written as 2500 mAh but when test with many test app it's shown as 2050 mAh. i was worried about this now i want to return it or want to change it another phone, therefore kindly help me. thanks!

                              Sir when I bought my phone then from then onwards the phone has software issue. When I have given it to service center then it looks around 3 months to resolve the problem, then the issue is of software and imei no., but about 2 weeks ago, due to my phone memory get full, I just do factory reset to my phone. From then onwards the phone cannot do call outgoing or incomming. When I show the problem to the service center then they simply said that the software get corrupted and phone imei no. is not showing (the same problem as before) Then I hand over the phone to the center they said they will resolve the problem till 25/04/2017 . But when today I just called them they simply said the motherboard of phone will be replaced and it cost about 8000 which you have to pay.

                                Just wanted to share a missed business opportunity for an Indian technology company. This week I attended the Google Education summit in Auckland, New Zealand, where I propose schoolwide takeup of android devices on a system that gives teachers the complete freedom to garden wall internet activity to prevent misuse and mis scope of student endeavour. Because Xolo are unable to return or replace my in warranty tablet in the fifteen months since I returned it, I was unable to showcase their devices in my presentation.

                                What a bunch of jokers. Anyone reading this, buy Micromax.

                                    I was using xolo q1010i for almost 3 years, bought it for rs.10360/- and it was working normal and smooth till yesterday. I was at my home seating on the sofa the phone was hanged and when i restart the phone after some time suddenly slight fire started coming from battery and within few seconds my phone got blast at behind, battery fully burned and screen cracked, slightly came out from panel. My sofaset was fully bruned. My phone pictures are attached below which got affected.

                                    Now all my data are lost, sim card and mmc also not working and left with small blister over my thighs and my cloths burned over sofaset. I also have my phone purchased invoice. My phone imei no. Is [protected].

                                    I trusted on xolo products and recommended my friends too, but now i am facing this problem. I need a right solution and compensation for this issue.

                                      Here i am informing about my 'Xolo Black' phone issue and 2nd time facing touch screen issue under warranty period. Again same problem as started at 3rd time but warranty is completed. Finally this issue is completely not resolved from beginning on-wards. May be particular this model have a some issue. Here i am sincerely requesting to please replace my mobile with any other equivalent model.
