Xolo — WORST Service & Response By XOLO

You can find the whole story what was happened with my mobile since last six months… I got replacement of my Xolo Q900T (IMEI-[protected]) with XOLO Q1011 (IMEI-[protected]) and further with XOLO Q1010i (IMEI-[protected]). And xolo person ensure me that replacement mobile was totally brand new. But replacement mobile was also having problems like Proximity sensor issue, Hangs Up & the most important mobile was dead. The Workorder Numbers since I submitted my mobile to XOLO Customer Service are…. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Now you suggest me what I have to do….I really disappoint with xolo person….as well as XOLO Brand. Hoping Positive Response from you ! I purchased my XOLO Q900T (IMEI – [protected], [protected]) on 23 May 2014. I have started using the phone and only after 2 months I have started facing the problems. Initially there was only few problems like camera issue, mobile heating while Charging & Calling. I have submitted the phone to XOLO service center (Mayank Services, Uttam Nagar) in Delhi dated 23 August 2014. After 25 days there was no any response from XOLO then I started follow-up from XOLO Personal regarding my mobile. Finally I got my mobile after 39 days, but issue was not resolved also in addition mobile returned with more problems than before. Again I submitted my mobile to same service centre with workorder no.[protected] on dated 15 October 2014. During this service I already many times send mails & talked to XOLO personal, Service centre Head Office, Noida (Mr. Akash / Mr. Pankaj and also Mr. Sandeep ). Every time they told me that – ” I specially checked your mobile now its working properly “. but when I received my mobile nothing changes found in my mobile. camera issue & heating problems still same . Apart from this some additional problem occurs in my mobile while service – Auto-Rotation not working, Notification Light (Top left corner on screen) also not working, Mobile goes automatically shut down, Slow operation/ mobile hangging problems. Submitted phone here 2 times, but not able to repair, they lied to me every times that phone has been repaired. When I complained to Mr. Akash he simply replied that-” please submit your phone to service centre, I promise you this time I’ll give your mobile totally ok in condition.” Anyway, Ones again I submitted my mobile to XOLO service centre with workorder no.[protected] on dated 30 October 2014. And till date I don’t have any response from XOLO. WHEN I PURCHASED PHONE, IT WAS NEW IN MARKET. BUT NOW TECHNOLOGY HAS DEVELOPED AND THIS PHONE IS OBSOLETE AND IS NOT UPGRADABLE AS WELL. SO, NOW I WANT ANOTHER MODEL WHICH IS LATEST AS PER MARKET OR FULL REFUND SO THAT I CAN PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE. I AM FED UP WITH XOLO’S BEHAVIOUR. YOU PEOPLE KEEP SAYING TO SUBMIT PHONE TO SERVICE CENTRES AGAIN AND AGAIN. I HAVE ALMOST SPENT ANOTHER RS.2000 JUST BY GOING TO SERVICE CENTRES AND REPEATEDLY CALLING YOU PEOPLE.
