I have just purchased a XOLO Era 4k, and it has too many defects. The touch isn't working properly, to mention, I'm typing this with much difficulty. Any app basing on Google does not work. The 'Home' Touchpad does not work. Everything is defected. I should either be refunded or I should get an exchange. Waiting for your reply.
