Work order number[protected] Work order date - 27/07/16 Imei number - [protected] My email id - karank. [protected]@gmail.com I'm karan from patiala-147001 (punjab). I given my xolo era mobile to xolo service center patiala for touch replacement on 27/07/16. My xolo era mobile touch is not replaced yet - 22/08/16 I call customer care 10-15 times, but no resolution given by xolo customer care and sevice center. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Finally, After 40 days i got my phone from service center. working Great. Xolo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
